Create a chorale-style notation of Bach’s Prelude No. 1 in C major, from the WTC I, and provide a Roman numeral analysis. I didn’t find a score on IMSLP, so I’m providing one. You can listen to a plodding Ashkenazy performance on YouTube (below), or go on Naxos and search for “19922-2”. It’s a Roger Woodward recording, and I think the tempo is a bit better.
For the chorale transcription keep the five voices implied by the piano arpeggiations. To the degree that you already know, try to indicate harmonic hierarchy with the use of parentheses around chord RN’s that do not belong to the essential T-S-D-T structure within phrases. Ignore if that means nothing to you.
