- p. 15, Part A, numbers 1, 3, and 4
- p. 18, Part B, number 3 (a – h)

You can write/type answers separately from the book and turn them in hard copy or via email. It would probably help to fill in the chord names and types for Part B in your book, then copy them to your answer sheet. The rest of the questions are asking you for relationships or other occurrences.
